General Qualifications:

• Minimum education of SMA/SMK in a relevant major.
• Minimum of  1 years of experience in the hospitality/tourism industry, preferably in the same position.
• Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written), capable of speaking English fluently (at least passively).
• Tidy appearance, honest, with integrity, and professional work ethic.
• Able to work individually as well as in a team.
• Willing to work in a shift system and on holidays.
